I'm sitting here smiling to myself since I'm in such a jolly happy self appreciative mood right now even though part of myself is worrying about this so-called confirmed scholarship which I've not even sent.

But I shall not tarnish this la dee dah I feel like blowing bubbles, sucking lollies, and prance around in a pretty flowery summer dress ( even though I don't actually own one) mood by being all worrisome and bratty that I'm gonna be an angel and post up all the pictures from my 'Surprise' Birthday party two months ago. Yes, I'm currently 16 years and two months old. And I'll be going to college when I'm 16 months and THREE months old which doesn't make me feel very old considering there are my other friends to be the old, wrinkly ones. Bwahahah, sorry bout the bitching.

My friends were such complete dahlings to plan this ' Surprise ' Birthday party for me eventhough the 'Surprise' sungguh tidak menjadi. Hahaha! Why so? I caught Jo on the phone with my mum discussing plans and also while I was at Pyramid supposedly watching a movie with Mandy, I saw all 3 of em, Qian, Jo and Su and when I gave em my huge grin they just turned and runaway. -.-

Mandy and I went to watch 'The Prestige' which turned out to be a truly brilliant work of art even though it was really confusing and annoying at first making you go Huh? countless times. If you take to fancy movies that take you on a roller coaster ride and then ends with a dip in the sea at the end, do watch this movie. You'll love it! Needless to say, Mandy was clutching on to me every single second of the show because somehow her mind got twisted along the way and she thought that the she might get hit by a bullet in the movie. =)

After watching the movie, I wanted to hit the shops ( as usual ) but this dear friend of mine kept on complaining that she was hungry and needed a bite. We went to Starbucks for a while and waited while dear Mandy decides what she wants to eat. (But she was actually thinking of ways to get me to the restaurant where the rest were waiting to surprise me). There was also this boy at Starbucks who wasn't wearing any pants who pointed at Mandy and accused her of being a 'Syaitan' ! Hahaha! Poor gal.

The 'syaitan' ( Mandy you know I love you! ) then proceeded to drag me for lunch at Jack's Place while I was protesting, screaming and kicking away ( something along those lines) the whole way there. I was just about to pummel her with my Balenciaga bag ( I wish ) when I spotted Qian and Jo hiding behind the walls. Su then came running out of nowhere towards me with her hair in full throttle flying behind her. With that, she gave out a glass shattering scream that pierced the still of the air and flung her arms around me professing her undying love for me. ( Heh. Su I really can't resist! )

To cut the story short, in which I do not doubt the possibility of me over exaggerating and fabricating other outrageous stories up, let me just put a sock in it and show you the pictures alright?

Look !! It's Evanescence's new album!! Obviously, I'm grinning like an idiot as I really really wanted to get that album. It was also my first original cd which I did not win through any contests ( yes I usually get my stash free) and also because hell it was Evanescence! Have you heard their first album? Go get some ear food and then you'll know why I'm raving.

Jo ordered this pasta dish called Beef Straganoff. I say it was Yummy!

Qian's Chicken Chop or Chicken something. We all curi-ed her fries since she was the only one that had fries.

Su ordered some baked rice thingy. Cheesey stuff always tastes good! Su claims that the Baked rice at Swensens are better.

Mandy and I shared this seafood platter dish. I should have taken a picture of it after the waiter had sloshed on some of the potato toppings. It doesn't look so nice here. I loved loved loved the potato with the sour cream sauce! The fish was good, the mussels and oysters were a tad dry, and I've never liked the chicken at Jack's Place.

The sundaes that came together with Jo, Qian and Su's set meals. They tasted like Giant ice cream though.

I was the only one who brought a cam so don't mind the horrible blurry screwy pictures. My cam's an ancient fossil like camera whom only yours truly can manage to operate without blowing her top.

Us again since Su was busy waving to her imaginary friends/fans outside the glass pane rather than paying attention to getting the shot right. Tsk Tsk.
